  • Q. Can I order sample products first?

    Yes, in fact we encourage it. We’ll also brand them for you for free too – as often as you like. You’ll receive your samples in just 3-5 working days.

  • Q. How do I order products from The Sweet People?

    As a registered distributor, you can login here to download your own quote instantly. Our Customer Services team will then process the order for you the same day. If you aren’t a distributor, please contact us for details of local distributors to you.

  • Q. How do I become a registered distributor?

    It’s easy. Visit our Registration page, complete your details and as soon as we’ve verified your status, we’ll send you your Login details to access the Distributor Zone.

  • Q. How do I get a quote?

    You can download your own quote instantly from this website when you login. Simply choose your products and specifications and our system will calculate the quote for you to download. Each time you download a quote you’ll generate reward points to use on prizes and gifts too!

  • Q. How many products can I order?

    We work very hard to be flexible with our minimum order quantities and have no maximum amount that can be ordered. Some products that require digitally printed film may be subject to a minimum order quantity of 250 units.

  • Q. How do I supply artwork?

    If you want to order branded samples, products or branding, we’ll need your artwork first. It’s a very straightforward process. Read more about our artwork requirements here.

  • Q. What colour sweets or packaging can I have?

    It all depends on the product you’re ordering. Colour choices are endless on our labels as we provide full-colour digital printing facilities. With regards to our confectionery, our Jellybeans come in 36 colours and flavours whilst our chocolate Beanies come in 12 colours. You can view all available colour choices per product when you login here. Alternatively, you can contact us to discuss a custom product.

  • Q. What ingredients do you use in your confectionery products?

    We can provide a full list of ingredients for each of our products on request. We only ever source superior products with minimum artificial colours and flavours, and can cater for a range of requirements including Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten-Free.

  • Q. Where are your sweets manufactured?

    All our confectionery and most of our packaging is sourced from approved, premium suppliers in the UK and Europe. Our tins are manufactured in China in a SMETA audited factory.

  • Q. Which well-known brands of sweets do you use?

    We are approved suppliers of Jellybeans, Swizzles, Skittles and many more. We also supply British artisan chocolates from The Chocolate Gift Company.

  • Q. Which promotional products are most popular with clients?

    Without a doubt, our branded Jellybeans are the most popular promotional products, closely followed by chocolate Beanies.

  • Q. Do you have service standards?

    Yes, we do. Our Customer Process has won national awards. We place great importance on service standards and have a Customer Service Charter that all staff work to. Just ask and we’ll send you our Service Charter.

  • Q. Are your food standards audited?

    Yes, strictly. We undergo regular and rigorous auditing on our food, processes and packaging, and have received full certification from SALSA.

  • Q. Can my clients visit your factory?
